Mustard Ebly with Chinese Cabbage,

Prawns and Gruyère AOC



120g grated Gruyère AOC
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 small red pepperoni
3 tablespoons oil
300g Ebly wheat
3 teaspoons black or yellow mustard seeds
700ml bouillon
600g Chinese cabbage
2-3 tablespoons hot mustard
2 tablespoons chive rolls
4 prawn kebabs or
400g peeled king prawns
Salt and pepper


Finely chop onion and garlic. Remove seeds and cut pepperoni into small cubes. Fry with onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add Ebly wheat and mustard seeds. Pour in bouillon. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

Cut Chinese cabbage into strips. Fry in 1 tablespoon of oil until crispy. Add to the Ebly with mustard and Le Gruyère AOC. Sprinkle with chive rolls.

Season prawns with salt and pepper. Fry in 1 tablespoons of oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
